Gary’s son Matt worked along his side for his entire career before also became an Unlimited Licensed General Contractor in 2015. He has taken the lead and now operates Coastal Carolina Builders. Building custom homes is his craft and passion. Matt added custom design services to the CCB portfolio in early 2016 and has taken the CCB experience to a new level. Customers work directly with Matt from the moment they meet to discuss their goals, through the entire design process, and until they move into their new home, and beyond!

Coastal Carolina Builders is family-owned and operated and has served the Brunswick County area for over 30 years. Gary Reaves founded CCB and worked tirelessly to grow his business by building fine homes and trusted relationships with his customers. By working one-on-one with each of his clients and hand’s on with each and every project, he quickly became known for his quality construction and attention to detail. In the early years, Gary also owned and operated Coastal Carolina Realty. Building homes has always been the family business!
